Industrial Pumps For High-Temperature Liquids

Industrial pumps are usually heavy-duty process pumps used to transfer different types of liquids such as wastewater, chemicals, petroleum, wastewater, oil, sewage sludge, slurry, etc. at Sujal Engineering, we manufacture pumps which are suitable for use in a vast range of industrial applications, like the pharmaceutical industry, food industry as well as power plants and wastewater treatment plants.

Our products offer high levels of quality and performance as they are designed to meet the harshest operating challenges including extreme temperatures, high pressures and aggressive, corrosive media. We offer the following industrial pumps for high-temperature liquids.

1. Chemical pumps

Chemical pumps are used to transfer chemicals and are designed to be resistant to corrosive and abrasive industrial liquids such as fuel, paint, bleach, solvents, etc. Chemical pumps offer the arduous task of pumping chemicals all day, every day. Even viscous liquids and suspended solids can be pumped with volume controlled accuracy.

Chemical pumps can be either centrifugal pump or a positive displacement pump depending on the specific application.

Salient features:

  • Develop higher pressure
  • Robust construction
  • High Efficiency
  • Low maintenance
  • Able to run at a lower motor speed

Applications:

  • Cooling Tower
  • Steel Industries
  • Pharmaceutical Industries
  • Dyes and Pigment Industries
  • Petroleum Industries

2. Centrifugal pumps

Centrifugal pumps are the most common pumps used to transfer liquid in various industries.  Centrifugal pumps work on the principle of Bernoulli’s Law and can be considered to be a constant pressure device. They are ideal for chemical industry because they are designed specifically to transfer corrosive liquid.

Salient features:

  • Heavy duty process design
  • High Efficiency
  • Back pullout design makes inspection and maintenance process easy
  • Low maintenance
  • High productivity due to three bearing design

Applications:

  • Cooling Towers
  • Paper and Pulp Industries
  • Chemical Industries
  • Sugar Plants
  • Textile Industries
  • Ceramic Industries
  • Automobile Industries

3. Air Cooled pump

Air cooled pump is a single stage, horizontal, single suction volute type, air-cooled centrifugal pump. It has a closed impeller and a pump shaft which is supported by two heavy-duty ball bearings, heat-resistant mechanical seal and a suction flange on the front and axial. Air cooled pumps are mechanically designed, to maximize, the mechanical seal and ball bearing from the source of heat that constitutes the pump casing, placing between both a thermal barrier and cooling the mechanical seal housing and bearing support by natural convection.

Salient features:

  • Standard motor insulation and bearing
  • Discharge flange is at top and radial
  • Low maintenance
  • Centerline supported casing
  • Heat resistant mechanical seal

Applications:

  • Construction Industries
  • Plastic Industries
  • Rubber Industries
  • Paper and Pulp Industries
  • Chemical Industries
  • Petrochemical Industries
